INF Input Regulator
These regulators are single surface mount control assemblies with a weatherproof box for exposed exterior locations. For 120-volt applications, you must use item #14-4120. For 240-volt applications, you must use item #14-4220. This assembly Includes gang box, stainless steel faceplate, and weatherproof box.
- 15 amp maximum load.
How does it work?
The INF input regulator is considered an "Infinite Switch" which operates with a bi-metal contact. It pulses the heater on and off as the internal contact heats up or cools down. An input regulator is considered a coarse form of control and is commonly used for electric heaters.
#14-4120 and #14-4220 Control Dimensions and features:
- Weatherproof box: 4 5/8" h x 2 7/8" w x 2 3/4" d
- SS Plate: 4 3/8" h x 4 3/8" w
- Weatherproof Cover: 5 1/2" h x 3 3/4" w x 1 1/4" d (tab on cover extends 1/4")
- Threaded Knock Out: 1/2"
