Grills Replacement OEM Parts & Replacements

If you’re the sort of person who loves the outdoors and loves grilling over an open flame, then you probably understand that in time everything you use on a regular basis will need to be repaired or replaced. Even so, with many tools and appliances, it can be easier and cheaper to simply throw them away and buy a new item when it’s exceeded its operational life. Unfortunately, many things are designed to be treated this way. We all know deep down inside that we are being lured into making an additional capital purchase when it would be better and wiser to replace old and worn components instead. At the end of the day, this spoils a good portion of the value of the product, and in time it breeds mistrust of the industry.

That’s why, here at AEI, we produce products that are designed to become a part of your life and to remain that way. When it comes to AEI patio barbecue grills, our goal is to provide products that will last for many years, with a modular design that enables you to replace parts easily as needed. This also makes it easier to optimize your grill easily and safely, knowing that you are working well within the manufacturer’s safety parameters.

End the Cycle of Planned Obsolescence With OEM Replacement Grill Parts

While many outdoor grills are practically disposable, AEI grills are designed to be a true capital good, a lasting investment that is worth-while maintaining, improving, and cherishing. It’s a difficult idea to get across because so many people have long accepted the notion that a BBQ grill is something to be used and thrown away. Our goal was, is, and always will be to produce BBQ grills that truly last the test of time.

Most people have had the experience of becoming attached to a car, a watch, a jacket, only to slowly (or not so slowly) watch it degrade beyond repair. You wanted that feeling of a durable, reliable good that you can count on. You wanted people to think of you what they thought about the item or vice versa – at the end of the day, you were let down by design qualities and craftsmanship that was never meant to fulfill your long-term expectations.

What Makes AEI Grills Different

We stand behind our grills, which means when a mission-critical part needs to be replaced, it can be replaced. That may seem overly simple, but the fact is that with most modern appliances, various systems are so inextricably intertwined that one will degrade the next as it wears down, and removing it will cause even more damage. By the time this process is complete, you have what should be replacement parts “totaling” the entire unit. Like a car that is considered unsalvageable because the transmission is fused, or the engine block is warped- most gas grills are not made to be kept for long periods of time.

So we designed our natural gas and liquid propane grills to be easy to work on and simple to repair. Most importantly, we do it in a way that makes it possible for our grills to be taken apart and put back together without adding additional wear and tear to the various OEM components.

But to really understand what makes our grills special, you need to look at the specifications of our Legacy line. These backyard gas grills:

  • Generate between 45,000 and 102,000 BTUs
  • Benefit from long-lasting, durable stainless steel burners
  • Can be easily fitted with the optional rotisserie cooker
  • Work great with ceramic rocks for superior heat distribution
  • We have  liquid propane models and natural gas models available to fit your needs

But most importantly, our grills come with an ironclad guarantee. We back up that guarantee with top-quality customer service and with the highest build quality and design specifications.

Types of Grill Replacement Parts

Our grills are specially designed and fitted so that most parts and components can be replaced easily. Because we are the Original Equipment Manufacturer, our replacement parts will work best on any PGS grill. All of our parts and components are made for grills in the Aluminum A-Series, the T-Series, or Stainless Steel Legacy Series grills.

With simplicity in the platform comes simplicity in repair, upkeep, and parts replacement. On the exterior, commonly replaced parts are the control panel labels, handles, ignition buttons/modules, thermometers for grills that have them, and other small pieces of hardware. On the inside, the most commonly replaced parts are ignitors/electrodes, gas valves, gas regulators, fuel hoses, cooking grids, burners/burner assembly kits, “Moon Rok'' grill briquettes, and small pieces of hardware.

You may go for several years without having to replace anything. But in time you will, whether it’s for normal upkeep, to optimize, or specialize your grill to better suit your wants or needs. That, in our opinion, is where the real enjoyment and pride in ownership comes with AEI grills. The satisfaction of knowing your grill inside and out, becoming an expert in its repair and maintenance, and having proficiency in making it work exactly the way you want. Grilling outdoors is great at any stage in the game, but when you start mastering your grill inside and out with OEM grill parts, that’s when the entire experience really begins to shine. Our goal is not only to make that level of mastery easy to attain but to support you along the way.
